Hi Andrew, with your ARP focus being a personal leadership question (and with only 2 and a bit weeks left for your ARP) how might this be tweaked a bit? Could you look at how you model and lead? The skills you have and those you need to develop? How far advanced are you on the ARP and has Kerron had an opportunity to provide you with vital feedback?

ReplyDeleteI agree with Nikki that time is becoming a significant factor so its important to keep the focus of your ARP small and achievable. The modelling focus might be a good one to investigate as you express interest in this area and its manageable in the time provided.
